As i took more course here this sem... i realise i am beginning to like the education system here in Finland. They have very passionate staff and they are willing to allocate so much resources to their undergraduates.
Just a sudden pang of regret that I didn't press on that dream to go for overseas studies. hahas... but there's something dear in Singapore that I find it hard to press on for my dream... they are my most beloved family members and my ah ma.
Before coming to Finland i didn't even think of furthering my studies after bachelor as SG is just nt the right place for me to enjoy learning. I dread sch in SG. But here, i find myself enjoying studying, sch, exams, assignments and with dedicated profs...everything here are set to help us and not here to kill us. It just occurred to me that if i were to further studies, i think high chance i will return to Finland or perhaps to other Scandinavian countries. no way will i further my studies in SG. no way. hahas. hey, I am even contemplating the thought of furthering studies when i am here leh! hahas... that means it goes to show how much i am enjoying my studies now over here! :D
Anw, i deicded to go Lapland in dec, to the land of Santa! paid up a lump sum for it today! and yes! probably Edward is coming down to join me for the Denmark trip in dec before Lapland! so nice of him to visit me after visiting Jane at UK, imperial college. well, doesn't matter if i am gonna travel alone to Denmark if Edward couldn't join me. i guess it will be a whole new experience for me too! trains my courage! hahas!
