Long Tuesday but it is a happy one :)

Tuesday was the longest school day for me over here. it starts from 8am till 5pm with a break of 2 hours from 12 to 2. But it was the happiest day for me to because of this language module that I am taking from 2 to 5.

I really love this prof. She is really humourous and her class will always be filled with laughter.

Today's topic in language mod is to introduce Finland's history and culture to us. it also teach us the types of small talks that finnish people engage with each other. The prof was really funny, she was mentioning this national gallery museum in Helsinki and strongly encourage us to visit before we leave. She is even willing to sponsor the museum entrance fee just like she did before with the previous batch of exchange students she took by paying for their museum ticket.

There was a small break and then we carried out the first activity of the lesson for today. It was to make small talk with our international classmates. The teacher is very cute, she brought in props like apple juice and cups and ask us to treat it as cocktail. hahas... so we started a small talk as allocated by our prof. Sharina and I kana the prof for our first group of small talk and then we changed to another person which is the American guy. okie, call e sua gu but i learnt from the American guy today that Tornado and hurricane is not the same thing! LOL and it happens very frequently in America. by the way, through the small talk with the prof i realised that she seeks TCM here in Finland, acupuncture for her sore leg. hahas.

Okie, then again for the next activity, we were split into grps of 2. i got paired with Armelle. hahas... it's about going up to give a speech again like last week, just that we got 5 mins to prepare the given topic and to use the keywords provided in the topic.

I chose a topic that is closest to me, sports! hahas... went up and babble craps. my content was lousy i think but my presentation skills acquired all these while brought me through, phew. hahas.

Then as a grp of 5, we went grocery shopping at Sello, Prisma. I think i overbuy thiis time.. i bought 31 euros worth of groceries! Awwww >.< have to make sure i finish them lor.. plus KH just informed me that he has sent out a parcel of food for me 2 days ago. ooops. have to stay indoor and cook more often :/
