When I make friends, i usually dun like to go about making friends easily, building shallow friendships, it is somehow superficial and unnecessary too. moreover, i view it as a waste of time too. that's why my circle of friends are not big. it is small plus i can't multi-task too. hahas. But God has been good to give me quality friends too :) friends that care about friendship.
Glad i made a few finnish friends over here with constant contact. some will bring me out to try finnish activities, some will cook their finnish food and let me try. yes, this is the type of international friendship i am looking for, not those friends made through parties. oh yes, partying is just so not my type. hahas... well ken is the complete opposite of me... we have conflicting views too but we also know how to respect each other choice too.
Some might say i am too serious.. but over the years.. i gradually know how i am and i dun have to fit into other people definition of happening yo. happening is subjective... such as asking people to get a "life". my happening life is not about parties, getting tattoos etc... my definition of happening is to live life to the fullest, meaningfully and to constant be in touch with my loved ones and closed friends. my events might not be high but more towards my hobby such as sports and overseas volunteering. so please dun even bother or waste ur time asking me to get a tattoo and claiming it is cool... bullshit. but i respect people getting tattoo, but dun ever try to talk to me into getting one.
Just a random thought for the night... and to also practice my English writing :)
