My dad can be sweet at times.
Upon knowing i will be a coolie for one week in Vietnam, he shared with me his construction equipment that will help me from the hot sun.
But i just heard from my mum that he has high sugar content as reported in the recent blood test. The way he is eating now worries me.
Trying to make him go exercising with us these days and trying real hard to make him eat healthily. He can be naughty at times, upon knowing my mum is going to cook healthy food for dinner, he would sometimes stay out to have dinner.
