Was at home staring at my persuasive proposal for 3 days that my grandma just can't stand it and shooed me out of the house to go walk walk.
okies lah.. no offence people, but actually i didn't have the intention of buying gifts for my loved ones this Christmas. but then as i roamed around Singapore today, i ended up buying lots of gifts.
the shopping malls that i went were all packed with people. people just like me, doing some last minute Christmas shopping. many sales were going on too.
i got a surprise call from hui li, saying she wants to pass me my christmas gift before she goes on a cruise. that was very sweet of her. after a short moment, i realised i hadn't bought her present yet! gosh! so i ran back to J8 from amk hub (coz by train, lol!).
when i returned home, i found out that hui li met my mum on the train and passed my gift to her. the world is definitely small and am surprised that hui li is able to recognise my mum having only seen her once which was last thurs when we came back from Cambodia.
haiz with this festive season around, i still have this darn proposal thingy to do. can't i just pass my william le baron jenney written report to that lecturer and said i've been through this before. hahas..it's a real torture to write this bloody proposal with all the mechanical terms we have to convert and make it understandable for this TCS lecturer who know nuts about engineer. haiz. okies, am procrastinating.=X
the fellowship i have with the mission trip people... it so unforgettable. i hope to see them soon =)
and to the 201 people coming tomorrow, thank you for coming and make this x'mas eve celebration possible. =) hope to see you guys soon!
