anyways, always have this song in my head when i went swimming.
it been abt a yr since i last swam.
so yeah, it felt so refreshing to go down the medium and deep pool again.
and yup, met my swimming coach too! he's still as fit.
hahas..i still rmb last time how strict and fierce he were... fancy slapping on my leg when i didn't do my frogstyle correctly. how i dread going to swimming lessons every saturday in the past... where my mum used to tow me over to the pool
thinking back..i really ought to thank him... if not i cannot imagine how my swimming skills is like for now.
yeappies! swam 30 laps today... but my stamina dropped a lot! slowly i've got to increase my number of laps.
