Don't ever get mistaken by its title! this book ain't any sadistic "guidebook" that encourages you to stay single but rather gives u insightful advices on preparation for romance while u re single, it does not necessary mean that it is only solely for prep work into romance, it also provides guide for you to grow and mature (spiritually) into Godly men and women.
Received this book from hui li two yrs ago as a christmas gift. it is only up till today that i finally read through to the last page! hahas.. mind you, i only read through, haven't really sit down and set aside the time to reflect upon the content that the author wrote. anybody can "read" finish in a day, but to truly understand and savour the content would require a lot more time. Read and executing would be two different thing. as the saying goes"old habit die hard".
i have to admit i am guilty in certain areas written by the author. hahas... it is a must read book for single christians. no worries, for christian couple, the author came up with another book, two yrs later after this book on "boy meets girl", a gd book for u guys to sit down, read through and discuss abt it.
hahas.. this book is not solely for the christians, non christians can benefit from these books too =)
