It all started off with the Sunday Morning Service in the school chapel.
I always feel that the chapel is built like an ancient church.. really got that chruchy feeling with pews and gentleness of the slope as you walk down the chapel. a very peaceful, calm and serene place for worshipping.
The sermon was good and it was able to capture my attention throughout. The speaker was good and the topic he presented was both suitable for the christians and non-christians. the sunday service was especially crowded today with parents of our sec 1 gb and bb boys and girls.
The service was special today with the officers and the NCOs taking pledge for their roles and resposibility. i have to admit that i haven been back to PHS, i can hardly recognise any of the gb girls now that most of my "juniors" of my time had already graduated from PHS.
Parade was after service. but in between that, we had our refreshment. had a good time catching up with my girl friends, or my gb chiong shua mates... i think it is because of the pain and joy that we had suffered together for four yrs that bond us ever since we graduated from phs till now. We are the GA-RANG girls back in our secondary school! hahas..
Commencement of the Parade!
Guard of Honour marching in together with the colour party.
After the arrival of the guest of honour, parents can now finally go up to their sec 1 gb and bb boys and girls to pin up their first ever badge that they have ever achieved.
The day ended off we us celebrating Ms Lim (use to be our officer cum teacher but now friends) birthday at northpoint sakae. had a good and fun time catching up and with all the gossips.
Thereafter we parted our ways and yup, agreed to meet up on this coming fri night. believe it is going to a fun night! =)
