Girls Night =)

10th april Friday

the content below is kind of detailed. it may bore most of u guys. if u got really spare time and nth to do then go ahead.. otherwise not recommendable.. hahas.. just wanna record the details of what happened in this joyous day ><

first of all, allow me to thank you girls for being so co-operative so as to make this gathering a joyous and memorable one for each and everyone. i hope everyone of u had enjoyed as much as i do.

all of us met up at 2pm for our grocery shopping in ntuc at hougang mall. at first there's a slight awkward among us but very soon we opened up and were chatting happily right away. at first we took all the super healthy ingredients.. those yong dou hu. this is because the host of the day said her steamboat had got no grilling facility for meats. so the common ingredients were like fishballs, tofu, fish cake, fish, brocoli, cabbage etc... those super healthy kinds. hahas.. then the host, chen ning joined us at a later time.. then she straight away went to seafood section and bought bags of prawns and sotongs. then it's off to the drinks section and lastly tidbits! oh man, i totally let down my guards yst.. was practically stuffing myself with the tidbits. heheh... fraid not.. actually i already prepared to chiong tidbits so had been prepapring for the past few weeks. hahas...

so then each of us distributed the grocery bags and took them to chen ning's masionette. oh man, this is the first time all of us were stepping into her new hse that she had lived for almost a yr. her hse super cosy. i like her sofa! heh! oh gosh, not forgetting there's this oto vibrate machine to shake off fats in the living room... many of us were queuing up for our turn after all the steamboat and tidbits.

as we were kind of early when we finished our grocery shopping.. all of us stayed in chen ning's room for chit chats, surfing and watching TV. then sheron came to join us. end up, sheron, chen ning and i went down to the living room.. initially supposed to bring up snacks for the rest of the girls.. hahas..but the three of us ended up sitting on the comfy sofa, eating bags and bags of tidbits. hahas... it got so worse that guilt made the three of us went for a 2nd trip to ntuc again to buy more tidbits and some bottles of wine and beer.

hahas.. shortly our steamboat started. we had fun chatting while eating... deep in my heart i couldn't help but kept thanking the Lord for this joyous occasion. it takes effort and time from each and everyone of us to make this happen... been through laughters and tears together for about 7 yrs now. though, sadly, one or two had decided to drift away, i'm happy that many of us could actually meet up. i hope one day, all of us could meet up together. hopefully this yr cca's 40th anniversary dinner ? (hahas..that's provided we are invited =X) i'm glad that they were all doing well... pursuing their dreams and careers.

after steamboat, went to living to gossip and chit chat, as well as more snackings too! super fattening i tell you. had a fun incident which involves four of us busily opening the cork of wine lol. Yum-seng after that. then watched the ping pong show at 9pm. at 10, ah ma changed the channel to okto and we were watching a documentary film. ahhh..some of u guys might be wondering why we were so attracted to such film.. heheh.. cox it's filming on khmer rouge... a cambodian documentary. cox we all have went there for the mission trip on 2007. hopefully, all of us are able to go again this yr. =D

ah ma and pearlyn left after the documentary cause they got work the next day. yuanz decided to pon work and stayed with us. sherry's mum gave her the green light to stay overnight too. hahas... so the remaining 5 of us watched tv for a longer while till 12.30pm. hahas... then someone saw this 2 unfinished bottles of wine and i guess you guys can anticipate what we were gg to do. yeah! so it's true or dare. in the end we modified to true and true. hahas.. cox we realised we can't find much thing to dare a person.. also, this was my first time particpating in this game...got suaned by yuanz telling me what era i was living... hahas... previously i avoided cox it's true or dare cox it seems risky to join.. but for that night it's only the 5 of us. hahas... also a good way for us to find out more from each other too. it started off with us rotating the water bottle... those kana pointed got to drink a cup of wine and ans qn. in the end right, we abolished the turning of water bottle and asked qn freely. many things were shared that night and it's within the 5 of us... some very good topics were voiced out that at times kept the chattering us quiet to ponder over for some moment... exchanged our views etc... mostly qn were touched on BGR.. abt rape... sex....

about two hrs past then we decided to head to chen ning's room to watch a movie. in the end, only yuanz managed to stay throughout the movie while i was trying my best to be awake.. lol.. end up i realised i missed the exciting parts.. haiz... only got up in time to help yuanz pack the laptop and switch off the tv. the rest all K.O. the two of us decided to head to the living room for some winks. yuanz clever, chose the sofa... i went to choose to sleep on a hammock that chen ning had set up earlier. hahas.. oh man.. i just realised that hammock is just for leisure resting.. not for those hard core sleepers! lol! my neck were aching by the time i woke up.

next week will be my sec sch class gathering... hope it will be enjoyable too.. =)
