what happened at tt moment

went back to my second dental appointment today.

had my routine teeth cleaning as well as filling for my decay wisdom tooth.

the dentist said my teeth are prone to acid so he recommended me a paste to apply after brushing my teeth every night. however each tube doesn't come cheap =X it's ard $35. the washing and filling cost me already $87 today and they are only left with vanilla flavoured paste. total got three flavour available, strawberry, vanilla and mint. so tell the nurse that i will wait for the mint flavour to come.

then i saw this article in straits time that some big dental organisation in singapore are charging an extra$7 fee for "consumables" such as plastic cups, gauze and other items which can be used only once before disposing. it's kind of ex considered that i just paid $2 for the miscellanious fee. but i dunno lah.. coz the organisation interviewed said they want to be more transparent with their patients.

perhaps today rainy day bah.. so not many ppl in the gym today. had a good time burning my fats. it's been a wk since i last exercise. fats come so easily but the moment you want them to go, it takes a lot of hard work. ran till my shoe's sole came out... i was like wat the..the third pair of nike shoe to disappoint me.

hahas...saw this poster inside my mail by sp. looks interesting but then i got duty on that day, so have to give it a miss.

it's been a long time since i last chatted on the phone. was calling my 9 yrs of friend, wanted to consult her regarding my GEMs. hahas..but we end up chit chatting and gossiping for hours. i think i was hogging the phone cox my granny wanna use too. hahas... if she had knew that i was not talking to opp sex, she'll definitely urge me to put down the phone and let her use. hahas.

everybody got their guai pi. am also not an exception. received an sms which was quite irritating or the fact tt i hate short smses. hahas... was texting this classmates regarding GEM module so asked him several qn. so i asked him in total two qn. he replied me with a "yes. yes." kao man... hahas.. i almost faint when i see such msg. but luckily not close to me... and perhaps i also expect this kind of msg frm such a person. muahaha.
